About Us

Since 1990, Dog's Day Inn Pet Resort has been a family owned and operated staple of pet care in the Cypress and Katy communities. What began as a small facility in Humble, Texas has grown into a trusted name in dog boarding, dog daycare, grooming, and limited cat boarding. Our philosophy is simple: pets are family, and they deserve the same comfort and security you would want for any loved one. We have assembled a team of passionate animal lovers who bring patience, warmth, and one-on-one attention to every guest. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, always working to surpass what pet owners expect from a quality boarding facility. There is a lot of heart behind what we do here. Although we specialize in dog care, we also offer tranquil and comfortable cat boarding accommodations. Our custom kitty condos are placed away from barking dogs to minimize stress and create a peaceful setting. Each feline guest receives gentle, attentive care in a calm environment designed for relaxation, security, and wellbeing. Our cat area is completely separate from the dogs and staffed by a dedicated caretaker, so your cat's peace is never compromised.

Why Choose Us

What sets Dog's Day Inn Pet Resort apart is our commitment to delivering experience, warmth, and luxury pet accommodations together under one roof. Our large indoor and outdoor suites offer plenty of room to unwind, while our fenced yards and pool encourage healthy exercise and play. Treats, toys, and hands-on supervision are standard here and are included in every stay, not tacked on as extra fees.

For cats, we maintain a completely separate building staffed by a dedicated team member to keep your feline happy, stress-free, and secure. Our two locations in Katy and Cypress put top-tier pet care within easy reach for families throughout the area.
